Programme for the weekend.
Friday: Judging starts first thing in the morning.
Friday evening: Registration and Happy Hour starting at 5:30pm
There will be raffles for sale with great prizes.
Finger food will be served from about 6:30 onwards.
Saturday: The bus trip will start at 9:30am and should finish about 3pm.
Saturday evening: Happy Hour from 5:30pm followed by the evening meal at about 6:45pm. Awards and trophies after that.
Sunday morning: AGM at 10am followed by a BBQ lunch and farewells
